Unless specified on your invitation, we kindly request that you not bring additional guests due to strict limits on venue capacity. Enter your name on the RSVP page to double check who’s included in your party.
The ceremony and reception will only be for guests aged 13 and up, so we ask that you make arrangements for the evening of Saturday, October 3rd. However, your little ones are welcome to the park gathering on Sunday, October 4th!
The venue is almost exactly equidistant between LAX and Burbank Airport. Personally, we strongly prefer Burbank because it’s smaller and you’re less likely to get stuck in bad traffic.
You have several public transit options to get from Burbank Airport to the venue, including the 222 bus or Metrolink to the Metro B Line (Google Maps can help you plan your route). Alternatively, rental cars and rideshares are readily available.
That said, flights into LAX can be cheaper or more direct. If you fly into LAX and aren’t renting a car, we highly recommend the LAX Flyaway Bus instead of rideshare. LAX requires rideshare passengers to take a shuttle to a separate lot, so the Flyaway is often faster, less stressful, and more affordable. It takes you straight to Union Station in Downtown L.A., and its express lanes within LAX will also speed up your return trip.

No—since many of our guests are local or may want to stay in different neighborhoods, we haven’t blocked out hotel rooms. But we still have some thoughts on where you can stay. Check out our Travel page to see our recommendations for hotels and attractions near the venue! Personally, we’ll be staying at The Millennium Biltmore. (Tip: a free My Millennium membership offers a better discount than their room block rate anyway.)

The ceremony and reception will both take place on The Oviatt’s outdoor rooftop. The rooftop is well-shaded, so even if it’s a hot day, the 5:30pm ceremony should feel pretty comfortable. In the evening, we will have heat lamps, but pack a shawl or jacket just in case! Indoor rooms of the venue will also be available for guests to explore or relax, but all activities will take place outside.
Yes! We will have a professional photographer and videographer, but we’re also really excited to see all of the personal photos and videos that our loved ones take—from glamour shots to silly selfies! We’ll provide a QR code at the reception so you can share your shots with us.
Dinner will be served buffet-style and will include chicken, beef, and non-meat items. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options will be available—please specify any dietary restrictions on the RSVP form!
Yes! You’ll be able to choose from beer, wine, hard seltzer, or two preset cocktails. We will also have plenty of options for our non-drinking friends, including a mocktail, soda, spa water, and sparkling water. Stay hydrated!
We want our guests to take away happy memories, not viruses, so please be considerate of others if you come down with something contagious. We trust your judgment. Free masks and COVID tests are available at all Los Angeles Public Library locations. Please take care of yourself and other guests!
We will be busy preparing for the wedding in the week leading up to it, so consider us persona non grata until the welcome drinks on Friday. However, we would be thrilled to hang out in the days after the wedding—especially if you’re visiting from out of town. We’re planning some informal post-wedding events, and we’d love to see you there!
We’ll be sticking around L.A. after the wedding to spend time with all our wonderful guests, so our honeymoon will probably happen in Spring 2027. We’re still figuring out our plans, but we’re hoping to explore Croatia and Bosnia & Herzegovina!
